Type : News - Bectrol

In our ongoing quest to improve and adapt to market needs, we have made strategic decisions to strengthen our position and increase our operational efficiency through internal operations.

We have redesigned our internal structure to better align our teams with the specific needs of our clients. This restructuring will allow us to better serve them and respond more effectively to their requests. Our commitment to excellence remains unchanged

Main changes

Our colleague and current CEO, André Desroches, leaves his current role at Bectrol to take on a new professional challenge. He decided to seize a one-of-a-kind opportunity that recently presented itself to him. Bectrol will, however, continue to benefit from his vision and strategic contributions as Desroche joins our Board of Directors as an advisory member. We would like to extend our sincere thanks to André for the exceptional passion and commitment he has demonstrated in his role as CEO.

Vincent Benoit, currently Director of Supply Chain, will be thus promoted to the role of Chief Executive at Bectrol. He will be responsible for breathing life into the company’s vision and implementing the 2024-2028 strategic plan. Vincent will closely collaborate with the Board of Directors to both ensure a smooth and harmonious transition and continue growing the business.

Bectrol is very pleased to announce that Yanick Proulx is joining us as our Vice-President in the Sales and Marketing Division. He will oversee business development and client relationships, while supporting the sales teams in the electrification, automation and distribution sectors. An HEC alumni, Yannick has over 25 years of experience in sales.

We are thrilled about these changes and the opportunities they bring. We thank our clients for their continued trust and look forward to continuing to work alongside them so we can reach new heights.

Sylvain Benoit

President
